Poster Presentation Information

Poster presentation dates and times are assigned based on abstract categories.  Please see below for the setup, presentation, and tear down times.


Poster Dimensions

Please ensure your poster is 4′ tall x 4′ wide or smaller.

Note: Push pins will be provided on-site at Registration and/or in the poster area for you to put up your poster.

Local Printing Options

There is a FedEx office located within the Westin Harbour Castle that will be able to print your poster for you.

There are also multiple locations of The Printing House in the area available for poster printing.

Heartland Printing, located in Mississauga is available for poster printing as well.

Presentation Date and Time

Please refer to your Final ID to determine your category.

For example, the Final ID “RM-13″ is in the Repository Management category and will setup on Thursday, May 11 at 11:45am.

Posters not removed by the tear down time listed, will be removed and ISBER will not responsible for any damaged or lost posters.

In addition to your printed poster, upload an electronic version of your poster (PDF) to ScholarOne by clicking on the invitation link in the invitation email received. If you need the email re-sent to you, please contact

If you wish to accept the invitation to present, but not ready to upload your ePoster:

  1. Click on the ‘Accept’ link in the invitation email received
  2. Upload your ePoster any time before April 17, 2017 (ensure file size is less than 500MB)

Note: Once you click on the ‘Accept’ link in the invitation email, you have accepted the invitation to present your abstract as a poster. You will see an alert message noting your acceptance as ‘incomplete’, but this is only a reminder for you to return to the page to upload your ePoster before April 17, 2017. You are NOT REQUIRED to upload your ePoster to accept the invitation.

Once you have uploaded your ePoster, you may update your document at any time before April 17 by returning to the invitation page in ScholarOne and re-uploading the updated document.  Please note that after April 17, no changes to ePosters can be made.
