NEW! Travelling from Outside the United States or Canada?

As of March 15, 2016, a new entry requirement came into effect: visa-exempt foreign nationals need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travelers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents cannot apply for an eTA.

Delegates in countries identified by the World Bank as Low and Middle Income Countries are eligible for a 50% discount for Member or Non-Member registration. Click here to review the list of eligible countries. If you are eligible for this rate, select “Bill Me” during the registration process, then contact to complete your registration and receive the 50% discount.

Please note if you are also a technician or student, you will receive only the LMIC discount or the technician/student discount, whichever is the higher discount.
