Poster Presentation Information

The ISBER Annual Meeting scientific program is created by a Program Committee. Abstracts submitted for consideration at the ISBER Annual Meeting are peer-reviewed. Review committee scores and recommendations determine which abstracts are selected for oral and poster presentations.

To view the full abstract book please click here.

Poster presentation dates and times are assigned based on abstract categories.  Please see below for the setup, presentation, and tear down times.

Poster Dimensions

Please ensure your poster is 4′ tall x 4′ wide or smaller.

Note: Push pins will be provided on-site at registration and/or in the poster area for you to put up your poster.

Presentation Date and Time

The presentation schedule is determined by abstract submission category. Your information email includes a reminder regarding which category your abstract was submitted to. You can also reference the final program to determine which presentation session you will present within (the Final Program will be available in May).

Posters not removed by the teardown time listed will be removed by ISBER. ISBER will not be responsible for any damaged or lost posters.
